1. Overview
This policy applies to the Android game Penguin's Volcano Run ("the Game"). The Game has no server of its own, and the developer does not collect or receive any personal information from players. Every feature of the Game works without an internet connection.
2. Information the developer collects
None. The Game sends nothing to the developer. There is no account, sign-up, or login.
3. Information stored on your device
The following is stored only on your device and is never transmitted:

The display name is whatever you choose to type; it need not be a real name. These records stay on your device and are not shared with other players.
If Android's automatic backup is enabled, the above may be included in your own Google account backup. That is a Google feature; the developer cannot access those backups.
4. Advertising
The Game shows ads through Google AdMob. The Game does not request the advertising ID permission (AD_ID), so no advertising ID is passed on; every ad request is tagged as child-directed and limited to a G content rating. As a result, ads are never personalised. To serve ads, Google and its partners may still collect and use your device information, IP address, approximate location, and ad interaction history. That data is processed by Google and is not shared with the developer.
Players in the European Economic Area and the United Kingdom are shown a GDPR consent form when the Game starts, and their choice determines whether ads are personalised. You can change that choice at any time from the Game's Settings screen. Players in certain U.S. states are offered the choices their state law provides.
5. Children
The Game is made for everyone, children included. Its target age on Google Play is declared as ages 6–8 and up, and it follows Google Play's Families Policy. Accordingly:
- It does not request the advertising ID permission and never collects or transmits an advertising ID.
- Every ad request is tagged as child-directed, so ads are never personalised.
- Ad content is limited to a G rating.
- There is no sign-up or login, and the developer collects no personal information from anyone, children included.
- The display name you type stays on your device; it is never transmitted or shown to other players.
